Want to join our collective?

At Cavia we do the entire organization ourselves (from bar shifts, programming to applying for a subsidy). Would you like to become part of the collective and become a volunteer to support us in keeping our cinema running?

What do we ask of you:

• Wanting to be active for Cavia for a longer period of time (minimum 1 year)
• Being able to do at least 2 shifts (bar, projection, etc.) per month
• Lots of enthusiasm and passion for Cavia

All new Cavias start with learning doing bar shifts. After the trial period of 3 months you can also participate and think about the program, PR, finances and other tasks.
